Custom Products
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to cancel custom orders. We only offer replacements or refunds for custom items that are damaged within 2 years from the date of receipt.
Damaged items include:
- Marks/stains on your photo that were not on your uploaded image
- Broken or defective jewelry
Damaged items do not include:
- Blurry images due to low-resolution photos uploaded
- Items without visible marks or stains
If an item is damaged, you must send a photo/video before we can offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Custom Products
You can return a product within 30 days from the date of receipt. Any product returned must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise in the original form of payment. If you wish to make an exchange, we will accept it as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
We will either issue a store credit for the amount spent upon arrival or process the exchange for you. Refund processing may take 3 to 7 business days and could take longer depending on your financial institution. Refund processing for orders using Klarna may also take longer.
Easy Return and Exchange Process
- Start your return or refund process by contacting our customer service.
- Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 to 7 days. After processing, you will receive your full refund. Note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be credited to your account. If requesting an exchange, the merchandise requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately after your return is accepted, subject to stock availability.
Lost Package Procedure
- Check your shipping email to ensure the package was sent to the correct address.
- Look for a delivery attempt notice.
- Search around the delivery location for your package.
- Check if someone else in your household accepted the delivery.
- Wait 36 hours - in rare cases, packages may be delivered up to 36 hours after the delivery notification from the tracking app.
If you still have no information after these steps, contact your local postal service responsible for the delivery to file a claim.
We accept lost package claims within 7 days of the delivery date. If your claim is validated, we will resend your order at no additional charge.
