Delivery and Return
DELIVERY
The average delivery time is 4 to 6 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
Please note: Personalisation requires an additional production time of 5 to 8 working days before dispatch.
Due to the specific personalisation required for each of our products, exceptional delays may occur if an item does not meet our quality control standards. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Mila Sola cannot be held liable for exceeding these estimated timeframes, for cancellation of a contract, or for any compensation for damages.
Beyond 30 days from the order date, Mila Sola will refund any goods not delivered via bank transfer.
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of ordering. Mila Sola cannot guarantee delivery at a precise time.
No changes to the address, items, or other information can be made after payment has been confirmed. Please carefully check your billing and delivery details.
In the case of an error in the delivery address entered by the customer, Mila Sola cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. Mila Sola cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several delivery attempts.
Beyond 30 days from the order date, the customer cannot claim for an undelivered package.
Risk is transferred upon delivery. Mila Sola cannot be held liable for damage of external origin or resulting from misuse, non-compliant use, negligence, or lack of maintenance by the customer, or for normal wear and tear. Mila Sola cannot be held liable for breaches of contract due to force majeure, including but not limited to war, riot, insurrection, transport disruption, import issues, strikes, pandemics, shortages, fires, earthquakes, storms, or floods.
Important information for delivery to overseas territories and countries outside Europe:
• Your order may be subject to local customs duties charged by the customs services of the destination territory.
• You will be required to pay these taxes and customs clearance fees directly to customs and the carrier.
Any claims for an order will be impossible beyond 30 days from the invoice date.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 15 days for eligible products. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the return concerns an item purchased in a bundle promotion (e.g. 3+1 free), the entire bundle must be returned for a full refund.
To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds cannot be given in the following situations:
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery
• Any return that does not include details identifying the order or sender (full name, order number)
• Any item purchased as part of a bundle promotion returned individually without the full bundle

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than £10, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Mila Sola cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of a returned item in transit. In such cases, please contact the carrier.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision regarding approval of the refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 working days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
