We ship within Australia, using Australia Post eParcel with a tracking number that is emailed and also sent via sms to you. For house/apartment address deliveries, authority to leave the parcel can be selected by the receiver. For business address deliveries, we request a signature.

Easy Returns/Size exchange

We know that finding the right size and fit can be a challenge, especially buying shoes online, that's why we offer easy returns if you need to exchange your shoe size. 

All size exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All shoes must be in their original condition and original packaging.

For size exchange:

Simply email us to let us know what size you would like to exchange for. Once we confirm your request, you can return your shoes back to us via your own method at your own cost. For your protection, we strongly recommend you return your shoes via registered post. Once we receive your shoes, we will send you a link for payment of $12 to post your replacement size.

For refunds:

If you change your mind, we are happy to refund your shoes. Email us with the reason for the return and once we receive your shoes, we will refund your payment within 3-5 days.
